    * 2 1/3 oz. Bols Genever
    * 1 Dash Absinthe (rinse glass)
    * 2 Dashes Rich Simple Syrup

Malty black licorice with a hint of sweetness; fairly potent.

==== Instructions ====

Pour a small amount of absinthe into a cocktail glass and swirl it around, pour our remaining ingredient leaving a rinsed glass. Stir bols genever and rich simple syrup in a cocktail shaker (or glass) for 15-seconds and strain into the cocktail glass. Serve.
