   * 3/4 oz. Citrus (or Lemon) Rum
   * 3/4 oz. Grand Marnier
   * Fill with Red Bull
   * Splash of Grenadine

Slight hint of "cherry tootsie pop" but not as novelty as other candy/dessert named drinks. Flavorful and tasty without being over the top super sweet, much less candy taste than the name suggests.

==== Instructions ====

Mix all ingredients (besides Red Bull) in a cocktail shaker and shake for 10-seconds. Strain into an iced lowball glass and top off with Red Bull.
