   * ¾ oz. Fresh Lime Juice

   * ½ oz. Simple Syrup or Depaz Cane Syrup (if available)

Light and springing "champagne like" attack, slightly acidic and sour finish with hints of angostura bitters.

==== Instructions ====

Shake all ingredients but the sparkling rosé in an iced cocktail shaker for 10-seconds. Strain into an iced collins glass and top with sparkling rosé.
