   * 1 ½ oz. Blanco Tequila
   * 4-5 oz. Orange Juice

Immediate galliano attack (herbal, anise) with a smooth tequila mid-palate transition (not overbearing). Refreshing. Big tequila fans may want to use Reposado tequila to add more complex dynamics.

==== Instructions ====

Pour tequila into an iced highball glass, followed by orange juice and stir for 15-seconds or until chilled. Float Galliano on top (using spoon if needed) and serve.
