Refreshing subtle watermelon flavors and tropical fruit finish.

==== Instructions ====

Muddle a slice of watermelon with simple syrup in a [[:accessories:bostonshaker|Boston Shaker]] or equivalent. Add pineapple juice and Ecco Domani's Pinot Grigio over muddled watermelon and shake with ice for 10 seconds. Strain and garnish with a second piece of watermelon; serve.
