Absinthe Minded Martini

Slightly Sour Cocktails

• 3 oz. Gin
• ½ oz. Absinthe
• ½ oz Grand Marnier
• ½ oz Dry Vermouth
• Orange Peel Garnish

Cocktail Glass

Big gin attack (depending on your gin brand), slightly dry with a cool anise “black licorice” transition.

Mix all ingredients together and shake for 10 seconds, strain into a chilled cocktail glass and serve.
