Lightly sweet with mint overtones and a crisp clean finish.
Build cocktail in Highball glass by first muddling lime and simple syrup with six to twelve mint leaves. Muddle gently as to not tear any of the mint leaves at the bottom of the highball glass.
Pour rum into the muddled ingredients and fill with ice. Top drink with club soda, garnish with Lime and Sprig of mint; serve.
