Slightly Sweet Cocktails

• 2 oz Irish Whiskey
• 1/2 oz Peach Schnapps
• 2 oz. Ginger Ale
• Splash of Orange Juice
• Lime Wheel Garnish

Collins Glass

Up-front citrus followed by a bourbon-like oak with a full structured ginger ale.

Build over ice in a collins glass and top with ginger ale. Garnish and serve.
