Super Sweet Cocktail

• 1 ½ oz. Vodka
• ½ oz. Inniskillin Riesling or other sweeter ice wine
• 1 oz. Pineapple Juice
• 1 oz. Cranberry Juice
• Splash of Peach Schnapps

Cocktail Glass

Up front pineapple with a cranberry mid-palate transition with a sweet ice wine finish.

Mix all ingredients in an iced shaker and shake for 10-seconds, pour into a chilled cocktail glass and serve.
