Brandy Egg Sour

Ingredients
- 2 oz. Brandy
- 1 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
- 1 tsp Super Fine Sugar (or simple syrup)
- 1 Egg

Tasting Notes
Silky smoothness of brandy with mild citrus and the taste of a freshly squeezed lemon without its sour bite.
Instructions
Build in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 10-seconds, strain into a lowball glass over ice and garnish with lemon and a maraschino cherry.
