- 2 oz. Hennessy Cognac
- Squeeze of Lemon
- Top with Sprite

Tasting Notes
A good deal of cognac in the initial attack, the sprite cannot compete with the flavors of the cognac, leaving a springy carbonated cognac with mild citrus, bright oak flavors.
Instructions
Build in a highball glass over ice, pour hennessy followed by sprite and squeeze the lemon into the beverage and drop in the lemon.
