- 1 1/2 oz. Genever
- 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz. Canadian Maple Syrup
- Dash of Angostura Bitters
- 1/4 oz. Egg White
- Lemon Twist and cherry garnish

Tasting Notes
Hints at sour but has a rich deep dark malty flavor with subtle maple notes and a bit of lemon.
Instructions
Dry shake ingredients (without ice) for 5-seconds than add ice and shake for 10-seconds and strain into a cocktail glass, garnish and serve.
