- 2 oz. Bols Genever
- 1 oz. Lemon Juice
- ½ oz. Rich Simple Syrup
- Top with Club Soda
- Lemon Slice for garnish

Tasting Notes
Subtle malty taste with an up-front sweet and a smooth sour finish, no real alcohol taste.
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in an iced shaker and shake for 10 seconds. Double strain (strain from shaker into a fine strainer held over the glass) into an iced collins glass.
