- 1 1/2 oz. Gin
- 1 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz. Almond Syrup

Tasting Notes
Tropical balance of both sweet and sour with subtle juniper (depending on gin). Sweet attack with a lemon finish, hints of almond syrup in the taste and the aroma.
Instructions
Build in a cocktail shaker and shake for 10-seconds and strain into a cocktail glass.
