- 2 oz. Drambuie
- 1 oz. Tia Maria
- 1 oz. Half and Half
- 1/2 oz. Egg Beaters (egg substitute)
- 2 tsp Sugar

Tasting Notes
Mild potency, slightly grainy from the sugars suspended in the thickness. A bit of anisette (“black liquorish”) with a complex amount of herbal flavors. Lots of unique flavors that all work well together.
Instructions
Build in a cocktail shaker and shake for 15-seconds, strain into a snifter and serve.
