- 2 oz. Bluecoat American Gin
- 3/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
- 3/4 oz. Vieux Carré Absinthe

Tasting Notes
You'll need to appreciate absinthe for this drink, brings a mild burn and numbing but big absinthe flavors (black licorice, anise, etc.) with muted juniper notes.
Instructions
Stir ingredients in a glass and strain into a chilled cocktail glass, serve.
