Slightly Sour Cocktails

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Creme de Cassis
  • 2 oz. Cranberry Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
  • Top with Sprite/7UP

Glassware

Collins Glass

Tasting Notes

Like a carbonated port wine or wine cooler with very authentic flavored berry taste. Slight dry finish with a bit of delicious factor.

Instructions

Build in a cocktail shaker and shake for 10-seconds, splash 7UP or Sprite on top and serve.
