- Fill Beer Mug 3/4 full of a light beer (pilsner, ipa, lager)
- Fill Shot Glass 3/4 full with Amaretto
- Float 151-Proof Rum on top of Amaretto

Tasting Notes
The major taste profile depends on the beer, should have a slight dr. pepper style sweetness to the finish.
Instructions
Fill pint glass 3/4 full with beer and put to the side. Pour Amaretto 3/4 full in a shot glass and float 151-rum on top. Light the 151 on fire and drop into the pint glass of beer and drink.
