Ingredients
- 2 oz. Light Rum
- 1 oz. Brandy
- 1/2 oz. Gin
- 2 oz. Lime Juice
- 1 oz. Orange Juice
- 1/2 oz. Orgeat Syrup
- Top with Sweet Sherry
- Garnish with cherry and pineapple.

Tasting Notes
Initial sherry attack, a mysterious sweet dark fruity wine, sour mid-palate transition with a bit of sweet almond and citrus. Potent and “warm” finish.
Instructions
Build in a cocktail shaker and shake all but Sweet Sherry for 10-seconds, strain into an iced highball glass. Top with sherry, garnish and serve.
