- 1 1/2 oz Absinthe (Green)
- 3/4 oz GoldSchlager
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 Slices of Lime
- Top with Mountain Dew
Glassware
Tasting Notes
Carbonated citrus bite, underlying absinthe flavor with a finish of anisette/fennel. No alcohol flavor.
Instructions
Muddle limes in a lowball glass, add ice. Mix absinthe, goldschlager and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker for 10-seconds and pour into a lowball glass. Top with mountain dew.
