Pineapple Bite

Ingredients
- 2 oz. Dry Vermouth
- 1 oz. Cointreau (or other Orange Liqueur)
- 1 oz. Lime Juice
- Top with Pineapple Juice
- Garnish with a pineapple slice and/or a pineapple leave.

Tasting Notes
Hints of white wine, a dry aftertaste with a slightly sour bite coming after the dryness hits.
Instructions
Shake all ingredients except the pineapple juice for 15-seconds and strain into a highball glass. Top with pineapple juice, garnish and serve.
