- 2 oz. Xanté Pear Spirit
- 1 Scoop of Ice Cream
- 1 oz. Chocolate Syrup
- 1 oz. Milk

Tasting Notes
A good impact of pear with the smooth warmness of a brandy/cognac with mild vanilla and hints of chocolate.
Instructions
Build in a cocktail shaker and shake for 20-seconds, strain into a chilled cocktail glass lined with chocolate syrup.
