- 1 1/2 oz. Xante
- 2/3 oz. Lime Juice
- 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
- 1 Pear

Tasting Notes
A smooth sweet pear mingling in a bright cognac flavor and a finish of lime bite with a bit of alcohol in the finish.
Instructions
Put the pear (sliced) in a highball and add sugar, muddle the pear and then add remaining ingredients.
