Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Caramel Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 1/2 oz. Cruzan Light Rum
  • 1 Big Scoop of Ice Cream
  • Garnish with ice cream and chocolate syrup

Lowball Glass

Tasting Notes

Caramel and vanilla flavorings with hints of chocolate and a creamy consistency.

Instructions

Mix big scoop of ice cream, rum and bailey's in a cocktail shaker with a bit of ice to help quickly chill the liquids. Put one scoop of ice cream with chocolate syrup into the bottom of a high ball and strain cocktail into the glass. Serve.
