Pousse-café

• ½ oz. Grenadine
• 5 oz. Orange Juice
• 1 oz. Coconut Rum
• ½ oz. Blue Curacao

Six equal sized Shot Glass

Each shot tastes slightly different from blue curacao, orange juice, coconut and the final shots tend to be much more sweet because of the grenadine. Very little alcohol taste (mostly juices)

Add grenadine to a shaker with a few cubes of ice. Slowly layer orange juice over grenadine (using large spoon/ice-scoop) and add a few cubes of ice. Slowly pour coconut rum on top of the orange juice. Before straining, add blue curacao so it starts to slide down the edge, strain into six shot glasses quickly without shaking or disturbing the shaker as you pour (put glasses close together).

You may want to surround area with rags/paper-towels or a bar mat to make cleanup easier.
