Slightly Sweet Cocktails

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Dark Rum
  • 2 oz. Peach Schnapps
  • 1/2 oz. Amaretto
  • Top with Heavy Cream

Glassware

Lowball Glass

Tasting Notes

A nice coating of peach cream with a nice sweet rum flavor, only a little hint of amaretto throughout the cocktail.

Instructions

Build dark rum, peach schnapps and amaretto in a cocktail shaker and shake for 10-seconds. Strain over ice in a lowball glass and top with heavy cream.
