Pineapple Mojito

- 12 Mint Leaves
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1 1/2 oz Light Rum
- 1 1/2 Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz Peach Schnapps

Tasting Notes
Lime sour bite, acidity with light mint.
Instructions
Muddle lime and mint at the bottom of a shaker, add the remaining ingredients and shake for 10-seconds, strain into a chilled highball with crushed ice.
