Ingredients
- 1 oz. Dark Rum
- 3 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
- Splash of Lemon Juice
- Top with 7UP

Tasting Notes
Slightly sour in the back, sweet in the attack, lightly carbonated with a pineapple flavor. Very short light finish.
Instructions
Fill a cocktail shaker with ingredients over ice and shake for 10-seconds, strain into a lowball glass.
