Ingredients
- 1 oz. Dark Rum
- 1 oz. Light Rum
- 1/2 oz. Apricot Brandy
- 3/4 oz. Almond (Orgeat) Syrup
- 3/4 oz. Lime Juice
- 1 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz. Orange Juice
- 3-5 dashes of angostura bitters
Glassware
Tasting Notes
Nice brown sugar aroma (at least when using Cruzan Black Strap), a bit of pineapple, brown sugar and a little bite of lime. Smooth and silky texture.
Instructions
Build in a cocktail shaker and shake for 10-seconds and strain into a tiki glass, collins or highball (whichever you prefer)
