Slightly Sour Cocktails

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Silver Tequila
  • 3 oz. Beverage Artistry Mojito
  • 1 oz. Lime (or approx one lime)
  • ½ oz. Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz. Club Soda
  • 4 Mint Sprigs for Garnish

Tasting Notes

Slightly sour, refreshing with a nice carbonated zing. Nice acidity with a taste that reminds you of a margarita.

Instructions

Shake all ingredients but club soda in a cocktail shaker for 10-seconds and strain into an chilled cocktail glass. Top off the cocktail with club soda, garnish and serve.
