- 2 oz. St Petersburg Vodka
- 1 oz. Simple Syrup
- ½ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- Top with Champagne
- 3 Strawberries to garnish

Tasting Notes
Slightly dry, with a champagne nose. Slightly sweet from the simple syrup with a fresh classy taste.
Instructions
Mix vodka, simple syrup and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker, shake for 10-seconds. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass and top with champagne. Garnish with three strawberries.
