- 1 1/2 oz. Zubrowka (Bison Grass)
- 1/2 oz. Cinnamon Schnapps
- 4 oz. Apple Juice

Tasting Notes
A muted cinnamon, almost a hint of cinnamon with apple and the flavors of bison grass vodka. Almost feels as if it should be much more hot and potent with cinnamon, but not as much as you'd think.
Instructions
Build over ice, top with apple juice and give it a slight stir.
