Slightly Bitter Cocktails

• 1 oz. bourbon
• 1/2 oz. Cointreau
• 1 1/2 oz. Limonchello
• 3 1/2 oz. Lemon Lime Soda
• 1/4 oz. Lime juice
• 2 dashes of bitters.

Lowball Glass

Nice bourbon core with a lightly carbonated lemon-lime springiness, the aftertaste is that of a bitter orange that continues to bite over time. Hints of sweetness in the attack with a bite at the end, exciting on the palate.

Muddle orange peels with lime and angostura bitters. Once muddled, add crushed ice, cointreau, bourbon, limonchello and lemon lime soda. Stir gently to move ingredients around, and pour all the contents into a lowball glass (or larger if desired).
