- 1 1/2 oz. Bourbon
- 1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz. Canadian Maple Syrup
- 1 oz. Ginger Beer
- Lime Wheel Garnish

Tasting Notes
Lengthy flavor of oak with accented ginger, which may be overboard for those that don't care ginger beer. Subtle maple syrup balanced well against the spicy ginger and bourbon.
Instructions
Build all but ginger beer in a cocktail shaker and shake for 10-seconds, strain into an iced lowball glass and top with 1 oz. ginger beer. Garnish and serve.
