  • Cube of Sugar
  • 4 Dash of Angostura Bitters
  • 1/2 oz. Bourbon Whiskey
  • Top with Sparkling Pinot Gregio.

A carbonated bourbon explosion, plain and simple, this is bourbon all up in your face.

Instructions

Add dashes of bitters to a cube of sugar, place it in a champagne flute, pour bourbon over the cube and top with champagne.
