- 6 Raspberries
- 2 ½ oz. Ecco Domani's Chianti
- 1 ½ tsp. sweet cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. sugar
- Whip Cream
- Chocolate Shavings

Raspberry attack, ripe and juicy with a “hot chocolate” style mid-palate transition, ending with a dark chocolate with dry finish.
Instructions
Muddle 6 raspberries with 1 teaspoon of sugar. Add wine and stir in cocoa powder. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass, layer whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings.
